All About Patrick

I am a real estate financing expert, passionate about helping people navigate the complex waters of mortgage financing. Leveraging my 30+ yrs experience in helping consumers, I am always seeking to make a broader impact in my community through education and support of those who are seeking fiscal literacy and debt management tools in order to become homeowners. As the son of immigrants, I deeply understand the value of hard work in order to provide a better life for your family and achieve the American Dream of homeownership.  I found that in the mortgage business I can help the people in my community by guiding them down the path to own their home.Starting in the business as a loan processor and then an underwriter, I mastered the nuances of lending guidelines and massaging an application into a workable financing structure that met strict lending requirements. It has been in my role as a Loan Officer where I came to truly understand how to also meet the needs of the client.  I learned to reduce first time home buyers’ stress and give them the confidence they needed to buy a home and manage their debt by delivering clear and constant communication. In my practice I have found that identifying problems when they occur is not enough in the current environment, you must also have the foresight to see them coming and to plan a way to overcome them. I call it playing the “real estate chess game” where we must think a few moves ahead and be prepared to execute a plan of action when issues arise. Creating business systems and assembling a team of colleagues to consistently deliver those solutions to clients so they have a memorable experience and happily return as repeat clients. As seen by reviews and testimonials these clients become advocates for my practice by introducing us to new relationships that need our services. Providing the consistent, clear, and concise written and verbal communication to educate and update consumers about the financing process before, during, and after closing has been what I have become known for, and it is the foundation to building a business built on referrals. My deepest satisfaction has come from bringing others together in the industry, with the heart of a servant leader, teaching and sharing the lessons I have learned with other professionals so that we can all work together supporting consumers. In this industry I have found my natural ability to be able to help people, to build solid solutions and viable action plans to work through financial hurdles to realize the goal of homeownership.See what Patrick’s clients have to say about their experiences working with him on his Zillow review page: CLICK HERE (Zillow account or login not required)

VA Mythbusting: The Veteran Mortgage Advisor

The Mission of the Veteran Mortgage Advisors is to educate the real estate, lending and Veteran communities in order to serve & protect our military home-owners and to encourage military home-ownership. Unfortunately there are a many false assumptions and incorrect beliefs when it comes to the VA home loan. Those misunderstandings have led to negative bias about how VA home loans work which has caused many Veterans not taking advantage of the benefits they earned from their time in the military. So as a mortgage professional, I set a goal of correcting the misunderstandings and setting the record straight to help as many Veterans as I can. This passion for serving Veterans comes from my time living outside of the US, which has given me a better perspective than most on the freedoms and the opportunities that freedom gives us here in America-- all of which has been protected by the Active Duty Service-members and Veterans of the US Armed Forces who tirelessly stand guard for us. To live up to that commitment I have made to serve Veterans I have sought out an earned several nationally recognized designations within the mortgage industry --VMA (Veteran Mortgage Advisor); CVLS (Certified Veteran Loan Specialist); MMBC Instructor (Military Mortgage Boot Camp). All of these organizations strive to bring a higher standard of service and level of care for our Veterans seeking home ownership opportunities. Using the knowledge gained through those courses of study I teach classes to Real Estate Professionals, other Loan Officers, and directly for Veterans, bringing them the correct info about how easy it is to work with the VA home loan. because our Veterans deserve to know the truths about the VA home loan. I encourage you to bookmark this page--the short info videos cover important differences of VA loans as compared to other financing types (videos to the right if viewing on desktop or below if on mobile. This video library is constantly growing and is added to every week. Scroll through the videos for a summary of why the VA home loan is the superior financing option. If you are a Veteran, a Real Estate professional, or a seller that is considering accepting an offer to purchase your home coming from a Veteran, and you have questions about the VA home loan please get in touch with me, I'll be more than happy to help a Veteran with home ownership.

"I can’t speak more highly of Patrick Queally and his office. He made the hectic process of home buying a breeze by being clear and communicative from step one. We put our full trust in Patrick and would tell everyone to do the same. With almost daily updates of where the process was, and willingness to jump on a call 24/7, we never felt rushed/stressed or behind on any of the deadlines for or mortgage. 10/10 Professionalism! "

"This is now my 2nd time using Patrick as a loan officer and I couldn't be happier. Patrick is always a quick phone call or text away and is always extremely helpful and responsive. This time around I had a nightmare scare where I was a victim of wire fraud and Patrick helped get the issue resolved by working with several professionals as well as staying in constant contact with me. I would recommend Patrick to anyone!"
